It has been a long time coming, but GameDay Consulting is now officially GameDay Insight. We celebrated our 10-year anniversary in 2015, and while our growth was in line with projections, it seemed that the brand message could be enhanced. The word “consulting” is generic, and the term “game-day” is used by nearly every sport organization in some fashion.
Our team brainstormed over many re-branding options, and decided we had established significant positive brand equity with the GameDay name, the color scheme, and of course, the quality of our work. Therefore, “GameDay” had to remain part of the re-branding effort.
The initial thought was to be just GameDay, but there are too many other uses of that term in the sport industry. In our discussions we kept asking, “what is our core business, and what do we do best?” The term “insight” clearly reflects the service we provide to our partners…an analytical look at their venue operations, policy enforcement, and fan experience on game-day.
We have been fortunate to work with some of the most innovative venue managers in North America over the past 10 years, and are excited to see what the next 10 years hold. Thank you for allowing us to help enhance the game-day experience at your venues.
