Recent Clients
Carolina Panthers (National Football League) Working with Ryan Petrus, Director of Guest Services, and Bonnie Almond, Assistant Director of Guest Services, GameDay developed and executed a season-long series of Fan Experience Assessments to measure staff efficiency and effectiveness, policy enforcement, and the general guest service environment.
University of Wisconsin (Big Ten Conference) – Ben Fraser, former Director of External Engagement for the Badgers, contacted us to measure the guest experience at Camp Randall Stadium. Ben and his staff had very specific areas for GameDay to observe, and we delivered a timely and impactful report.
University of Michigan (Big Ten Conference) – Paul Neidermire, Director of Event Management at Michigan, hired GameDay for series of Fan Experience Assessments at three different venues. Our work at the world-famous Michigan Stadium, Crisler Arena, and Yost Ice Arena revealed many areas of strength upon which the staff can build.
Looking at the Future
GameDay has a long-standing partnership with the Collegiate Event and Facility Management Association because we feel it’s important to support the professional development and growth of collegiate venue managers. Many of our recent projects are a results of relationships developed at CEFMA, and we look forward to a continuing relationship.
